I Buy Local First...or was that Second

A growing trend I have seen in Utah is the 'Local First' movement - Instead of ordering your stuff online or at a national chain like walley world, support your local small business. I'm all for this when it makes sense, but when I can order a bike part online for 1/2 the price that I could go get it local?? My favorite is that 98% of the time when you see these stickers it's on a Subaru, Honda, or Toyota, never an American (makes spitting sound) car. I wouldn't dare put one of those stickers on any of my cars as they are all German or Japanese, I think it would by hypocritical...I guess I could put it on my Ford Truck that I never drive.
