Wake up…Turn off alarm…Look outside…The weather-idiots got the weather forecast correct again…That is a couple of days in a row…Wow…Not too much snow…Should be an easy drive…39th south – wet road…33rd south– a little slush…27th south – getting slippery…Engage 4WD…21st south – at least an inch on the road now…17th south – holy crap it is snowing hard…13th south – maybe 2…on the road…people sliding into oncoming traffic…laughing…13th south – OK it’s more like 3 or 4…Foothill – everyone in the right lane…watch guy in Mazda 3 curb it…Laughing…Nice bling-bling wheels now…Crawling along…Sunnyside Ave. sitting a stoplight behind Mazda 3…Light green…Mazda floors the skinny pedal…Tires spin…Car sits still…Laughing harder…Mazda turns wheels from side to side with the tires ablaze…Mazda finds traction…Another inch and he would have plowed that 7 series…I’m going to pee my pants…Mazda gets into right lane…Mazda realizes right lane is right turn onto Wakara…Merges left…In front of snow plow…Snow plow hits brakes and starts to slide..Mazda sees  snow plow following close…Mazda hits brakes…Impending impact…Just misses…Wakara – I turn and head up…Three cars off to the side unable to go up hill…Think about Mazda…Laugh again…Wonder if Mazda will make it to its final destination…Time to work…
